COSTS

As this Youth Exchange will be implemented in the frame of the EU Youth in Action Program, the 70 % of travel costs will be reimbursed to the participants. Organizers will not cover any health and/or travel insurance, its on your own responsibility. Organizers will reimburse max. 70% of travel costs from home city to Dilijan and from Dilijan back home. Please have in mind that the transport from Dilijan/Tbilisi Airport – Hostel of exchanges in Dilijan/Tbilisi Airpor-Dilijan will be organized by the organizers and that you will have to cover 30% of these costs. The corresponding amount will be deducted from your final reimbursement.
Also check possibility to take flight to Tbilisi instead of Yerevan, it can be twice cheaper than to Yerevan. We will organize transportation from Dilijan/Tbilisi airport to Hostel of exchanges in Dilijan. The trip from Tbilisi Airport to Dilijan can take around 4 hours.
Try to organize your trip that you arrive no later that 18.00 on the 15th of August.Do not buy any ticket untill we will contact with you.
Please note that you can come, or leave Armenia up to 2 days before or/and after, however in this case organizers will not provide you with accommodation, food as well transportation to or from Airport. In case you stay longer than 2 days, we cannot ensure reimbursement of the travel tickets.
